FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much does a surrogate cost?

The cost of a surrogate is determined by the country where the intended parents apply and the services needed. In the United States, the cost ranges from $100,000 to $230,000, with variations depending on the location. In contrast, countries like Mexico offer lower costs for surrogacy services.

How much is the legal fee budget?

Will there be any conflict of interests after having your child?

No conflicts arise as both parties sign a legally binding contract drafted by our accredited attorney, recognized by the government in each country where surrogacy is performed.

Can I use a friend or a relative for an egg donor?

Yes! ntended parents retain the authority to determine the manner in which an egg donation will be made, whether through personal contribution or that of a related party.

Why should I have an escrow account?

Our company acts as an escrow agent, managing the financial aspects of the surrogacy process for the primary parties involved. We hold funds in a dedicated escrow account for both surrogates and intended parents, ensuring a secure and efficient transaction process. This account includes payments for surrogate mother clinic expenses and a portion of the surrogacy fees. However, attorney fees for the creation of legal contracts between the surrogate mother and intended parents are not included in this deposit. Intended parents may request and access their account balance and payment receipts for surrogate mother expenses at any time, and may do so monthly upon request.

What is the require deposit amount for my escrow account?

The amount will vary based on the country where the surrogate mother resides. For instance, if the surrogate mother is in the United States and the legal contract for surrogacy is $100,000, then 80% of that amount should be deposited into the company’s bank account, with the remaining balance paid after the baby’s delivery.
